Simpson London's gorgeous goods are no longer available. We are very sad to no longer have them as a resource to us. Their Top Frame Brief Bag was lighter and smaller than our clients typically prefer, but their round lock ...it was fabulous!
Simpson London took the same solid brass, hand made key lock that we use, engraved it and silver-plated it (nickel-plated maybe?) before they attached it to their case.
When new, your case will measure approximately 17.5 by 13 by 6 Inches. As this case stretches out it will come down by about half an inch and stretch to up to 8 inches from front to back.
We are able to offer a similar look on our case. Please Note: the Simpson Top Frame is a smaller scale.

Our Classic Top Frame Business Case is bench crafted in English Bridle Leather. Solid brass hardware and functional key lock on front. Interior accessory pockets for pens, business cards and a cell phone. Two low interior dividers help keep you organized. One is able to fold down to flatten and stiffen the bottom of the case. Each item in the Sterling & Burke Bespoke range is handcrafted by our master craftsmen just north of London. Each piece of the leather is hand-cut and the case is completely hand stitched using a double needle saddlery technique. The handle is produced from 7 layers of leather allowing for a very comfortable grip and it will conform to your hand over the years. Bridle leather is hand fed with waxes and tallow during the tanning process. The waxes will come to the surface and allow the leather to break in beautifully, creating a wonderful patina that gets better with age. This is a natural product so please be aware that there may be some variation, especially in the lighter colors.
